Title | [Course Content] Behavioral Economics This course is an advanced microeconomics course for undergraduate students in which we introduce micro-side of the behavioral economics. We aim to present the principles and methods of behavioral economics in a logical and amenable manner, comparing and contrasting them with those of the standard model. To this end, we illustrate how behavioral models represent an improved modification and refinement of the standard model in terms of power of explanation and prediction, using a wide variety of empirical examples from both observational and experimental studies. |
